How a parking lot released its hidden potential

Project Overview

• The presented case study examines Naviparking’s deployment of Naviparking Enterprise (NPE) at University Business Park GTC Łódź,
• GTC Łódź struggled with deficiency of control over the use of parking spaces by the tenants and deficiency of external clients who could maximize revenue from the facility.
• To address these problems Naviparking provided Naviparking Enterprise – mobile application (for employees) and Naviparking Manager (for parking administrators).
• The deployed hardware consists of IoT (Internet of Things) devices.
• To invite external users to make reservations and buy subscriptions at the GTC Łódź parking lot, the facility was added to the website cyfrowyparking.pl.
• The NPE parking solution proved effective in optimizing parking processes.
